Declan O’Brien
Managing Director
Declan is an outcome driven leader, with 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He’s a highly adaptable, dynamic, executive who is passionate about converting and delivering quality, large-scale, and complex projects. Declan is Structural & Civil Engineer and also a licenced Builder. Declan is also a green star accredited professional through the Green Building Council of Australia , a long-standing member of the National Engineers Register (NER), the Risk Engineering Society (RES) through Engineers Australia.
Declan’s expertise includes design resolution, design management assurance, value management, project planning and strategy, peer reviewing, performance, quality, environmental, and WHS systems development, compliance management, and documentation review, verification, and validation.
Declan has worked on large scale complex construction projects across Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States ranging from mixed-use developments, large-scale shopping centres, residential and commercial developments, residential aged care to large infrastructural projects in the Defence sector and the power sector.
